This Privacy Policy explains how SOLVANA processes personal data when you visit astrosolvana.com, create an account, use an astrology calculator, place an order, purchase a digital product or service, join a membership, or contact us.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data is the operator identified in our Impressum. You can contact us using the email address shown there.
2. Data we may process
- identity and contact information, such as your name, email address and contact details;
- account and order information, including products or services purchased and order history;
- birth information and other details you voluntarily provide for astrology, numerology or tarot tools and personalized reports;
- payment and transaction information. Full card details are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by SOLVANA;
- technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, server logs and security information;
- messages, support requests and information you send through forms, email or other contact channels.
3. Why we process your data
We process personal data to perform contracts and provide requested products and services, manage accounts and orders, respond to enquiries, comply with legal and accounting obligations, protect the website and prevent fraud, and—where required—based on your consent for optional cookies or similar technologies.
4. Astrology tools and birth data
Birth details entered into SOLVANA calculators are processed to generate the calculation or chart you request. Data is not intended to be made public. Where a feature offers saved charts or account history, information is stored only as required to provide that feature. Please do not enter another person’s personal data unless you are entitled to provide it.
5. Orders, WooCommerce and payments
Our shop uses WooCommerce. Order and account data is processed to complete purchases, deliver digital products and services, provide customer support and meet bookkeeping obligations.
Payments may be processed through WooPayments and its payment-processing partners, including Stripe. If other payment methods such as PayPal are enabled, the selected provider receives the information necessary to process the payment under its own privacy terms. SOLVANA does not receive your complete card number.
6. Hosting and technical service providers
The website is hosted using professional hosting and infrastructure services, currently including SiteGround. Service providers may process technical and account data only to the extent necessary to provide hosting, security, email, payment, shop, analytics or other website functions.
7. Cookies and consent
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for core functions such as security, language settings, shopping cart, checkout and account login. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only where enabled and, when legally required, after consent.
