These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of products and services offered through SOLVANA and astrosolvana.com.
1. Provider and scope
SOLVANA is operated by the provider identified in the Impressum. These terms apply to astrology, tarot and numerology personalized reports, digital content and downloads, memberships/subscriptions and physical goods sold through the website.
2. Nature of astrology, tarot and numerology services
Our content and reports are provided for reflection, education and personal development. They describe symbolic interpretations and perspectives and do not guarantee specific events or outcomes.
3. Professional-advice disclaimer
SOLVANA does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice or other regulated professional advice. Astrology, tarot, numerology and related content must not be used as a substitute for qualified professional assistance. Medical-astrology content is educational and interpretive only.
4. Orders and contract formation
Product descriptions, prices, essential characteristics and available delivery information are displayed before purchase. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product or service. A contract is formed when the order is accepted or payment is successfully confirmed, depending on the checkout process used.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include card payments, WooPayments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or other enabled providers. The payment methods shown to an individual customer may depend on country, currency, device and provider eligibility.
6. Personalized services and customer information
Personalized reports are prepared using information supplied by the customer. You are responsible for providing accurate names, birth details, questions and other required information. Delivery timelines begin when both payment and all required information have been received.
For consumers who have a statutory withdrawal right, the fact that a report is personalized does not by itself remove rights that apply to a service contract. Where applicable, SOLVANA may ask you to expressly request that work begins before the statutory withdrawal period ends. The consequences of early performance are explained in our Withdrawal Policy.
7. Digital content and downloads
PDFs, guides and other digital content may be supplied immediately or within the delivery period stated on the product page. Where applicable law gives a consumer a withdrawal/cancellation right for digital content, immediate delivery is subject to any consent and acknowledgement required by that law. Where the legal requirements are met, the statutory withdrawal right may expire when digital delivery or access begins.
8. Memberships and subscriptions
If a membership or subscription renews automatically, the billing interval, price and cancellation method are shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable membership terms. It does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a period already paid. Any mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, renewal or consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.
9. Physical goods, shipping and delivery
Physical goods are supplied according to the product description and the shipping options shown during purchase. Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery information may vary by product and delivery address and are shown before the order is completed where applicable.
Risk, delivery, statutory conformity rights and any consumer withdrawal rights are governed by the mandatory law applicable to the order. If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or the goods materially differ from the order, please contact SOLVANA promptly so the matter can be investigated and the legally required remedy provided.
10. Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal
SOLVANA does not provide a voluntary change-of-mind refund or cooling-off period beyond rights required by applicable law. Different legal rules may apply to personalized services, digital content, subscriptions and physical goods. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Withdrawal Policy.
11. International customers
SOLVANA is established in Germany and sells internationally. A 14-day statutory withdrawal right is not created for every customer worldwide merely because SOLVANA is based in Germany. Consumers may nevertheless have mandatory rights under the law that applies to them. In particular, German/EU/EEA consumer rules may provide a 14-day withdrawal right for qualifying distance contracts, and the United Kingdom has comparable cancellation rules for many distance contracts and digital content. Customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries remain protected by any mandatory local consumer laws that apply to their purchase.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a mandatory right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, including mandatory consumer guarantees for defective, misdescribed or undelivered products or services.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, SOLVANA content, reports, written interpretations, graphics and digital materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable right to use the supplied material for private purposes. Reproduction, resale, publication, redistribution or commercial use requires prior written permission.
13. Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep account credentials secure and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content or use purchased materials in violation of these terms.
14. Liability
SOLVANA remains liable where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory statutory liability. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that interpretive content will produce a particular personal, financial, relationship, career or health outcome.
15. Governing law and mandatory consumer protection
German law applies to the contractual relationship to the extent legally permitted. For consumers, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence or another law that cannot be contractually excluded.
16. Contact
Provider and contact information is available in our Impressum.
